Likley when thy announced it a year or two ago.

Once the real thing landed on the U it was over. If Ucraft was a launch title I bet it would have sold millions. But the dev was slow the timing never was there and the people moved on. He had a real shot but he was beat by other clones.

ucraft was sheduled for a early 2015 release. The developer also have like 3-4 other game already announced for the wii u (check his youtube channel). I doubt anything will ever get released.

Man, EA really dodged a bullet there, huh?

What is it ?

Not bothered

Rofl, this company. 5 games on their website - Ball of Nothing; Brickblast U; Dance of the Damned; Ride & UCraft.

Only one of those has actually released - Brickblast U, which was awarded a wonderful 2/10 by Nintendo Life.

Apparently they also announced that stupid Madmen Football game all those years ago and nothing came of that either?

They seem to be one of those devs that jumps on early gaps in the market and tries to get hype that way, but often can't deliver anything at all. I'd be wary of similar projects being announced for Switch (there was already one that I can't remember the name of that had a reveal trailer with just a sword at the end).

I'm sure the devs mean well, but c'mon, scale back your ambitions and actually deliver a few projects before promising everything under the sun. Can't believe UCraft got the hype it did looking at it now.

Tbh I think most people probably forgot about this game when Minecraft arrived.

We should start a kickstarter to make sure it stays cancelled, just to be safe.

Oh btw, it seemed UCraft had a Kickstarter to fund development which managed to raise a whopping 6.4% of its target goal:

The developers then announced the game would be coming to PC with consoles later in 2015:

It sounds like they were actually working on it at least, but yeah I wouldn't expect anything from this. And I certainly wouldn't expect Wii U.
