I hope this ending be true.

Nice, I love DS games. I hope they fix some technical issues that the first have (you know, that BLOODY 15fps area xD). I might buy it to have them on the same package.
DS on a Nintendo platform! Now that will be a sight to see! Hypee

As a massive Souls fan, and a massive Nintendo fan, I honestly don't think I'd buy this. I already have the PC version of all three Souls games, which are currently the most hi fidelity versions out there. I'm generally not into double dipping, especially on a game series that's so recent, just for the possibility of playing portable.
Great for newcomers, though.
Good news for Nintendo fans. Dark Souls is an amazing trilogy!
If the rumor is true please make the Dark Souls Collection also available for PS4 and Xbox One From Software!
| Wright said: Considering Dark Souls 2's producer laughed when someone proposed the idea of porting it to WiiU, I'm not holding breath for this rumour. Now, WiiU isn't the same system as Switch and neither is the philosophy behind them, so there could have some merit and legitimatecy to the rumour itself, but we'll see. It would be nice playing Dark Souls on the go, that being said.
EDIT: would be lovely if they keep Blighttown the way it is. That place is best played when you are like at 13 fps. |
Well, Bethesda Softworks more than laughed, they lambasted Nintendo about the Wii U. So this wouldn't be the first publisher Nintendo has caused to do a 180. Also, with regards to the Switch trailer with the basketball scene, it is common etiquette at public basketball courts to play on rotation so that each group of people can use the court. The point of that scene was that rather than whip out your phones and play a crappy mobile game or just twiddle your thumbs until it's your turn again, you could whip out the Switch to play something more substantial (and yes, a lot of people who play sports for fun like sports games). If you look closely in the trailer, you can see another group of people who called next take the court while the group the trailer fovuses on takes a break.

While it's good to exercise lateral thinking, and I found your explanation of the basketball scene somewhat acceptable, I'm dying to hear your explanation about some woman crashing some rooftop party to play Mario.
Do we even know what resolution the screen is? More importantly, what size is the screen?
