I don't know. I'm forseeing the game having some problems, mainly due to Disney being interested in pushing their cinematic universe with the game.

That's a pretty huge besides! The series started with X-Men!

I'm hoping they can put in a good story mode that ties into MCU in some way. I'll miss certain X Men and but there are plenty characters in interested in.

No X-Men characters means no Wolverine, Cyclops, Storm, Phoenix, Deadpool, Magneto, Sentinel...

No Fantastic 4 (they don't have their rights yet) means no Human Torch, the Thing, Doctor Doom, probably Galactus...

At the very least, ten or more characters can be affected because of Disney's interests. Plus, they will try to push their own MCU characters through the game, and people will heavily complain if obscure characters get in but established and highly popular ones are left out.



You know it deserves the GOTY.

No. But there was a rumor about it getting updated, along with all the other rumors, so that might happen now.

That's only because Marvel is trying to get the X-Men license back. So they don't help promote, and limit the brand everywhere. Till Fox gets tired of enough failed X-Men movies.
