The reason, is probably because Watch Dogs 2 bundles for PS4.

Someone from sony called someone at Ubisoft and said "thanks guys, bundle sold this and that, and overall we hit over 2m sales".

Then this guy from ubisoft goes online to Brag and blames PS4 success on the Watch dogs 2 bundle.

Thats probably why he can say what sony sales where like, because they got it strait from the horses mouth.
