I'm not the one raging in every Sony thread
@raitoningu, it seems u are so blindly biased towards sony u want the industry to return to where everything was on Playstation platform and hardly anywhere else. If u want that outcome , I promise u it would lead to the death of console gaming. Because when someone has that much lead, the industry becomes stagnant and gets lazy cause their is no competition to push things forward. Also remember and I repeat remember how the vision u seem to want happened before , sony got cocky and almost killed themselves with the ps3 early years. And lost all there profit from the ps2 days, because of that.
U need to calm down and realize that competition is great for all gamers and for the industry. So try and be rational in thought

Nah. Ther eis a high chance thid is faked. Some of this "promo" stuff isn't very professionally done and while Capcom could be just lazy(and they sure can be) but it's not well made. Repeating textures,hard to read text and well using artwork from 2 and 3 instead of new artwork and it's likely Disney would want to use stuff form the films.

Just because SF5 is not blowing sales out of the water doesn't mean it is not doing ok enough for Capcom. They seem to have a season 2 in development so things must be ok, not ideal perhaps.
I think a big issue ppl seem to be missing here is that Capcom has really little say when it comes to the Marvel part of this franchise. IF there is indeed an MvsC4, Marvel is just as important a partner as Capcom is and they have just as must leverage on the IP. For all we know, Marvel just doesn't care about Nintendo devices... they seemingly don't care with Spider-man, who they went directly to Sony with. |
The reason Spiderman is exclusive to PS4 is because Sony owns the rights to Spiderman. It has nothing to do with Marvel disliking Nintendo. The Lego Marvel game is on the Wii U, so there is a Marvel game that has recently come out on a Nintendo system.

They only owned the rights to the movie. Not the games.

Yeah, you're right. I thought it was everything. Sorry about that. Well, either way, do you think that owning the movie rights might make it a bit easier to secure exclusvity on the game?

Yes, definitely. I just think it has more to do with them being better business partners with Marvel and Disney. Sony also allowed Marvel to use Spiderman in Avengers so that also has to do with it.
