360 had a roughly 18% drop from last week.
If PS3 had the same percentage drop from last week, it would have sold roughly 90K. So didn't GT5:P effectively give the PS3 a 38K boost?

I just hope PS3 sales stay above 120k in OTHERS, and hold around 80k in NA, allowing for 200k+ weeks from now until GTA 4, and then the big one MGS4.

I do not understand how people expected such large numbers for the PS3 this week. The 360 sold 223,601 the week Halo 3 was released. The PS3 should be about that this week.
Yes Leo-j, and I wish my computer would print money, my Wii would be online enabled, and WiiFit and Mario Kart came out now.
Point being Huge Game =/= 1 month of amazing sales.

I actually didn't think the ps3 can hold at 100,000 even with GTp5. The fact that the console is breaking 100k a week at a 400$ price point is really impressive. Imagine if early next year they dropped the price and packed in gt5. Then we can even see double this amount next march
I still believe this is a demo, the sales are impressive probably this (GT) will be the best seller game of the PS3... so much love in Europe for GT:Prologue
do demos have 75 cars tuning spiltscreen online and 6 tracks?
last time i played a racing demo it was only 1 track and a couple cars.
you could say its a demo compared to the full version, but not by itself.
