That's the one.
Star Wars Knights of the Old Republic II: The Sith Lords
One of two amazing role-playing games in the Star Wars franchise, but often goes under the radar in favor of it's much more famous predecessor. I am no different, but yes, this is also an amazing game. I have played through it multiple times, and it's so cleverly designed, with elements like the "Influence" system, that by doing things differently, it feels like a new game each time.
'Star Wars Knights of the Old Republic II: The Sith Lords' sets off a couple years after the events of the first game. The player character of the first game has vanished in search of a new threat, and the player will this time take the form of a Jedi exile who has been cut off from the Force, seemingly as punishment for the exile's involvement in the wars Revan and Malak from the previous game started. The Jedi responsible and the only ones able to help however have gone into hiding due to a triumvirate of Dark Jedi seeking to destroy all Jedi. The player character unwillingly gets dragged into the conflict.

Not quite, but it is the right Studio.
41: Space travel JRPG with dragons? Awesome.
Hint 2: Ending changes based on affection levels of the characters, of which 10 in all.
Hint 3: Eventually you may go to 4D space.
40: Strategy+ Dynasty Warriors+ Lord of the Rings style enemies, this Xbox exclusive is korean made.
Hint 2: Instead of rams, just send your pet Giant Scorpions to take down the walls.
Hint 3: A sequel was kind of made, but its been in long development and is still only in beta. It is supposed to release for PS4 and PC, stark contrast to its beginnings.
34: Xbox exclusive, Size Matters, Ragnorak vs Elemental.
Hint 2: One of the first games to utilize xbox live very well.
33: One of the first party fighters that features a character with a flaming sword.
#31: Spiritual successor to a notorious series. Aggressive play is recommended for success.
#30: Final game in the trilogy before changing consoles. Features a reworked engine for no real reason, and a noticeably different sound font.
#29: This game caused a lot of drama at the Game Awards show and GameFAQs last year.
"Just for comparison Uncharted 4 was 20x bigger than Splatoon 2. This shows the huge difference between Sony's first-party games and Nintendo's first-party games."
32- Super mario Bros 3
Hint for 29: The sky is the limit in this RPG.

#32 Mega Man 4
This is very much a nostalgia pick for me, as Mega Man 4 is the game I've played the most in the entire series. It is the game that introduced me to Mega Man, and is overall my favourite game in the entire franchise. Excellent gameplay combined with great music and well designed robot masters is pretty much all you need for a great Mega Man game, and this one has them all.
Let's see if someone can guess the next game (shouldn't be too difficult):
A game in which many of the characters are voiced by the same people who did their voices in a famous 90's animated series. Was supposed to be the last time one of them voiced a certain iconic character.
