#24 Undertale

Since the internet couldn't shut up about it when it came out, it helps my laziness because I don't really need to explain much why this game is in my list. The usual stuff, memorable and lovable characters, great music, a simple yet fun gameplay mechanic, a short but sweet experience.

#23 Danganronpa 2 Goodbye Despair

Ah the Danganronpa series, feels and suffering everywhere, more so this game than the rest for me, mostly for the cast, to be honest I couldn't care less for most of the characters from the first game, but this one, oh boy, I only really hated one of them (and for good reason, fuck you Nagito), the rest are just so entertaining and endearing, specially Chiaki, who is also my favorite character of all time, add a great story to the mix, improved gameplay over the first game, great use of old tunes mixed in with new ones, and you have everything that a sequel should strive for.

Around the Network

22- FInal Fantasy VI

Hint for 21- This game would make the top 15 games lists for both the PS2 and the Wii

Hint for 20- I wouldn't mess with Mr. Bubbles.

21: Okami

20: Mega Man 2? Long shot.

I'll admit, maybe kind of an unusual game to find here, and this high up the list even.

#20: In every mode except the main one, when you ride all the way to the edge you'll encounter tall cliffs all around. Riding right into them at full speed and under a certain angle will get you up there, but soon it'll send you flying to tremendous heights!

Hint 2: It was an easter egg actually, but you couldn't ride up any cliffs in the main mode because there weren't any. The main mode had you racing in a stadium instead on man-made tracks including hills and table-tops and the like.

I'm terribly back again! Some hints to catch up:

#23: This strategy game starts some years after the Congress of Vienna. It has a woman's name as title and has had a sequel.

#22: This game has been critically panned, specially for it's shortness and low dificulty. it's predecesor, though, is considered one of the best platformers of all time.

#21: First game in one of the most succesful fighting series ever.

#20: This game was announced during an interview. It's creator has said lately that he wants to put more energy into it.

# 19: This game remake starts controlling a character that in the original version only appeared at the end of the game, among many other changes.

# 18 An spin-off of this game has been probably the most commented game this year.

#21: Mortal Kombat? I doubt you're talking about Fighting Street.

#20: Star Fox Zero

#19: Super Mario 64

I would have known 23, Ka-pi appeared to have stolen it...

19 is correct... About  #21 I'm talking sales-wise: every game in this series has sold at least 5 million units.

#20 is the other game (I knew this hint was a bit tricky, actually I've just seen that it wasn't an interview, but a roundtable).

#20 Shin Megami Tensei: Persona 4

One of the best JRPGs ever made. Persona 4 features some of my favourite video game characters of all time, and has an exceptionally well written murder mystery plot that often manages to genuinely surprise and shock with its twists and developments. The music is also very good and unique for the genre. The same can also be said for the gameplay outside the dungeons, where you'll spend your time developing your character's relationships with a number other people he comes across and spends time in the game. The one grievance I have with the game is that some of the dungeons drag on for way too long, owing mostly to the game's competent, but unremarkable battle system. Still, Persona 4 is an absolutely magnificent game that I recommend to any fan of the genre or anyone looking for a well told story with very likeable characters.

Here's a hint for #19:

This whole series is based on a silly crossover idea between two huge companies and their most beloved characters that quite honestly should never have worked, but somehow they managed to pull it off. This is the second PS2 entry in the franchise.

21- Correct.

20- Heh, no. Mega Man 2 is already on my list.
