It's a noticeable difference but doesn't look like it's worth getting the games again. I personally kind of like the blurriness, because it hides the lack of details a bit and it wasn't obviously designed to show the lack of details. The biggest benefit is probably the supposedly stable framerate, which seems to still plague at least AC2 (I recently restarted the game, and it kind of feels like there's some framerate problems).
That said, if you haven't played these games yet, this is a great opportunity, and if you like the sharper look, it could be a nice upgrade.
Looks better than I thought! Hopefully you can buy these games separately in the future (AC: Revelation's is high on my never played games from the 7th generation)!

I have all physical copies of the PS3 version, but I have yet to play any of them. So for the right price, I see myself picking up this collection to play for the first time.
