The biggest benefit is probably the supposedly stable framerate, which seems to still plague at least AC2 (I recently restarted the game, and it kind of feels like there's some framerate problems).

That said, if you haven't played these games yet, this is a great opportunity, and if you like the sharper look, it could be a nice upgrade.

I have all physical copies of the PS3 version, but I have yet to play any of them.  So for the right price, I see myself picking up this collection to play for the first time.
