I thought the US system was rigged like he claimed. What happened? Maybe it still is?

He also claimed that the electoral system is a disaster for democracy in 2012:

Without it Clinton would be president

Yeah and Clinton was not a fan to change it. Twice in our lifetime the Repbulican party won this way and now they are in power doubt they are going to change it.

Can someone tell me how the hell did Trump win in Pennsylvania and Florida?

They liked him more than Clinton.

Yeah, but for florida's case I wonder what happened if people who commited a felony could vote, More than 20% of the african community may not vote almost a million?

Sort of like the felons who voted for Clinton from every state she won?

People need to learn - you can't be a bully and a bigot and expect people to vote for you.

Since Trump is the president and Republicans control everything that means we can all finally breathe easier knowing Hillary will never hurt us again

Oh the fear mongering. Markets down blah blah. In my home country people also said that.

Major events causes the market to move. Whether its up or down doesn't really make that much of a difference. What matter is the trend when the administration has started its full course of action with everything normalized.

For the record, I do not favor any of the two. The thing is, the crowd mentality is just so easy to manipulate. Everyone is so buzzed like they took multiple shots of espresso.

Was sent this earlier today. I can actually imagine this conversation taking place lol

*Trump's first day at the Oval Office after being elected President.*

First briefing by the CIA, Pentagon, FBI:

Trump: We must destroy ISIS immediately. No delays.

CIA: We cannot do that, sir. We created them along with Turkey, Saudi, Qatar and others.

Trump: The Democrats created them.

CIA: We created ISIS, sir. You need them or else you would lose funding from the natural gas lobby.

Trump: Stop funding Pakistan. Let India deal with them.

CIA: We can't do that.

Trump: Why is that?

CIA: India will cut Balochistan out of Pak.

Trump: I don't care.

CIA: India will have peace in Kashmir. They will stop buying our weapons. They will become a superpower. We have to fund Pakistan to keep India busy in Kashmir.

Trump: But you have to destroy the Taliban.

CIA: Sir, we can't do that. We created the Taliban to keep Russia in check during the 80s. Now they are keeping Pakistan busy and away from their nukes.

Trump: We have to destroy terror sponsoring regimes in the Middle East. Let us start with the Saudis.

Pentagon: Sir, we can't do that. We created those regimes because we wanted their oil. We can't have democracy there, otherwise their people will get that oil - and we cannot let their people own it.

Trump: Then, let us invade Iran.

Pentagon: We cannot do that either, sir.

Trump: Why not?

CIA: We are talking to them, sir.

Trump: What? Why?

CIA: We want our Stealth Drones back. If we attack them, Russia will obliterate us as they did to our buddy ISIS in Syria. Besides we need Iran to keep Israel in check.

Trump: Then let us invade Iraq again.

CIA: Sir, our friends (ISIS) are already occupying 1/3rd of Iraq.

Trump: Why not the whole of Iraq?

CIA: We need the Shi'ite govt of Iraq to keep ISIS in check.

Trump: I am banning Muslims from entering US.

FBI: We can't do that.

Trump: Why not?

FBI: Then our own population will become fearless.

Trump: I am deporting all illegal immigrants to south of the border.

Border patrol: You can't do that, sir.

Trump: Why not?

Border patrol: If they're gone, who will build the wall?

Trump: I am banning H1B visas.

USCIS: You cannot do that.

Trump: Why?

Chief of Staff: If you do so, we'll have to outsource White House operations to Bangalore. Which is in India.

Trump (sweating profusely by now): What the hell should I do as President???

CIA: Enjoy the White House, sir! We will take care of the rest!

I think Europe (- UK) are quite close. Did they not discuss an EU Military a few months ago ? Tie all those resources and make it more efficent. Would even safe costs and the small countries would feel more protected.

We will see if Brexit will bring EU closer together or further apart. I believe that EU needs some structural reform. But all in all its a very good thing. And actually protects Europe and their interests in this world.

I think EU needs to be a counter balance between Russia, middle east, china and USA.

Lol, the entire European Union is on the brink of collapse. Anti-EU and Pro-Russia parties are gaining popularity by the year, don't be surprised if countries like France and The Netherlands have also voted on leaving the EU by this time next year.

And how the fuck would an European Army even work with NATO? You'd have NATO and non-NATO countries all being a part of 1 army. If a country like Finland or Sweden (EU member but not NATO member) gets attacked, can you invoke NATO Article 5? And how would it work in offensive wars? Lets say the European Army goes to war against ISIS but 1 country says 'no' to that war, do you just pull out all soldiers and equipment from that country?

Well they talked about it a couple of months ago with all the EU State Leaders - UK and are talking about it now here.

http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-3918688/Beef-EU-s-military-match-Nato-say-Germans-wake-growing-aggression-Russia.html

Nato has members that do not represent European values like Turkey for example. I would be all for leaving the Nato and growing closer together as EU.

It is not on the brink of collapse right now. Actually pro EU sentiments grew after brexit in many countries.  Also I think an EU Military will be more of a defence Army and will not invade countries like the US does.

We will see how it goes in the next years with the EU. Either it collapses or it will become stronger.
