A rural town in Japan made a 23 foot tall statue of everyone's favorite city destroying aquatic dinosaur.

No I am not making this up, 150 volunteers used rice straw and bamboo to make a straw Godzilla.

Had to share this the moment I saw it.

If you're a fan of the series, absolutely. It's one of the more unconventional and strange entries, but also, in my opinion, one of the best.
