ZombiU 2 would be great, despite some flaws ZombiU was very good game.

Miyamoto also doesn't like story in games.  Again, see above images.  Skyward Sword brought a lot more story with a lot more effort put into the story's production values.  Breath of the Wild seems to be following a similar trend in narrative even though it is far more open.  And the Xenoblade franchise...do I even need to say anything there?  Not to mention Fire Emblem, which puts heavy emphasis on story (three freaking games worth of it this time).  So Nintendo is not Miyamotendo.  

Also, people shocked Nintendo would fund a AAA project shouldn't be.  Bayonetta 2 was no small investment, so long as Nintendo has a hand it keeping Ubisoft from going off into their usual inefficient tangents, I could see them doing it.  It will be interesting to see if they do it though.  Bayonetta underperformed on the PS360 but it didn't bomb.

A ZombiU sequel with improoved melee combat, better graphics and a more focused story would be pure gold. I had a great time with the original.

I enjoyed the crossover games on Wii U like HW and Pokken. I would love the TT fusion team to pitch for a Nintendo IP for a Lego game. Lego Zelda would be so cool.

Oh! Nice idea there! Nintendo is currently bringing their IPs to other markets like Phones and theme parks soooo that would make perfect sense.
