PS4 Pro just helped more than triple PS4 sales in the UK. Here's the link.
You think Pro needs to be bundled with both COD IW and COD MW for $349 in order to sell.

A bundle with PS4 Pro + COD IW + COD MW priced at $349 would of course do gangbusters but I doubt we'll even see this kind of deal on black friday.
You say PS4 Pro had a weak launch. I'm not saying you're wrong. I'm just curious to know what you're basing it on.

1: Tbf its new hardware, need numbers. Tripling sounds good on paper but its not always the case. Ps4 slim did like 50x as much as ps4 did in japan when it launched for example. That said need to see long term.

2: PS4 should get Nov and have a nice gap in between but i dont think itll be as large/overkill as some think.

1: Of course. That goes without saying. I argued that tripling UK PS4 sales, breaking Adiel's expectations for NA launch as well as being the best ranked console on the yearly bestseller lists only behind PS4 OG didn't exactly scream "weak launch". Of course we need solid numbers and of course we need to see long term performance before we can conclude how it'll fare... long term. Naturally.

2: I don't know how large a gap "some" think PS4 will have over XB1 in November's NPD so I'll refrain commenting on that. But as I said to X1Gates, I agree that PS4 Pro will be held back by its lack of bundles. We'll probably only see its true potential when it's bundled with COD IW + COD MW for $399.

Well FFXV could go up easily especially since its Dec. I think ill go optimistic with this and say around 1.7mil. 1.4mil ps4/300k x1

Wait what's wrong with the Sony BF bundles along with the Pro? Sony has BF bundles as well.

Rankings on Amazon, BestBuy, Gamestop, etc. point to PS4 and PS4 Pro selling more combined in November and it's not like PS4 won't see attractive black friday deals. Additionally, Abdiel said that PS4 Pro launch exceeded his expectations. What points to PS4 selling less than XB1 in November's NPD?

I agree with you on 1 thing though. We probably won't see the full potential of PS4 Pro till it's bundled with COD IW + COD MW for $399.

 

Please consider having a more constructive discussion than just "ps pro can't help sony against xbox black friday bundles". Maybe you're right. I don't know. But I'm interested to learn what you're basing this on. Please don't just go MIA again.

Not sure how anyone could say Pro is doing badly. Too much focus on the hourly chart perhaps, because again, it's already in the top 50 sellers for the entire year.

Being in the top 5 or so for an extended period of time in November, against all these games like Battlefield, Titanfall, Watchdogs 2 and two Pokemon games, was never going to happen, for PS4 Pro or any console.

Either FFXV is doing really well or both D2 and WD2 are doing kinda poorly.
