Naaa, you're remembering it wrong, as many do. XB1 owners were saying the XB1 was more powerful than the PS4 (before it released) and continued afterwards. This lead to people constantly demonstrating the power differences by pointing out the higher resolutions on the PS4. But still it prevailed and secret sauce, DX12 and Cloud (also pushed as a solution by MS) kept them coming back for more. Eventually the burdon of proof got to them and they changed the narrative to PS4 owners are obsessed with power.

That's the reality.

The funny thing about this is that it's a fair observation that the both of you wouldn't have had a problem with if the shoe was on the other foot back when Xbox One S launched.

I can feel a cold, sour breeze blowing in from the bleachers and that's not good for business.

You make some very good points and i agree. There is a false, hypocritical, narrative being pushed about the Pro. Everyone complained about native 1080p and here's a console that will give you that and above for 100% of it's games and it's not enough suddenly. Maybe it can affect sales a little but i don't think it would be anything substantial.

In the case of Amazon, again, i think some take the charts way too literal sometimes. It's 8 on the monthly and 50 on the yearly. I don't see the problem. And the only reason it went down in the hourly is because of all the Nintendo products. Though it still didn't drop out of the top 20. I'd say is doing fine.

Also to add on, has anything other than psn cards been dominating the top spot (in this case top 2 for SuMo) for this long? Its been half a month now (since Oct 28th so 15days as of yesterday) and the games havent released yet.

Though BF deals can overtake the pokemon games SuMo might hold these spots for a long time
