That's literally the only game I was talking about that's not getting remastered but getting directly developed for both platforms... And for that reason  that's also the only game he mentioned where I understand the anger.

Definitely. Nintendo contributed to a drought by pushing out the Zelda development schedule.

but why is there anger? Its not like the Wii U isnt getting the game. It got delayed but so did FF15 and a bunch of other games.

Earlier. Releasing it so late means Zelda fans could just have skipped Wii U entirely and got it for Switch instead, in an extreme case. If a Zelda game was released for Wii U earlier, there could be a Zelda exclusive to Wii U, and now we'd be getting another Zelda game for both Wii U and Switch. Wii U just isn't the ideal system for Zelda right now because there's just one game, and even that you can get elsewhere. Most (all?) of Nintendo's other home consoles have got two Zelda games.

serious question. So what? Honestly, why does it matter what Ninty system got what Zelda game? It's not it actual effects the games. You wouldnt have gotten a different game. These Zelda games take a while, it would have came to Wii U and then a port would have been made for Switch. The only thing that has changed is now you have to wait. Its not like one game was going to change the faith of Wii U not in sales and not in reception (Zelda is THAT popular). People really need to understand you gamble everytime you buy a system nothing is gauranteed.

This list is nothing compared to all the other hundreds of good games available on PS3.
While on the Wii U there are only a handful of good games and when 3-4 of the best Wii U games are getting ported to the Nintendo Switch there is almost nothing big left anymore on the console. The legacy of the Wii U is being destroyed by this.

Because the game was delayed due to the new version. Just like TP 10 years ago. That's why. And the "but it's still coming" is not an excuse for this kind of delay.

If people bought a Wii U for nothing but a new Zelda than maybe they should have waited until a new Zelda released before buying a Wii U........its literally that simple, dont buy a gaming device unless it has games on it that you want to play.
