Runs buttery smooth on my setup so far with some mods installed from both NMM and bethesda.net.

Also sporting a sweetFX reshade pack (after the first shot) to saturate the colours a bit, though I'll end up tweaking the darker shade some other time.

Took some shots to show what it looks like on my end. For a 2011 remaster, it's running right out the box pretty great and looks that bit better too.

Should probably make a Skyrim SE screenshot thread sometime. That way we'd be able to show what mods we're using and what else we've done to spruce up the game.

I also used the Alternate life start mod. Chose my starting point as being a Wizard's Thrall and ended up in some random cave with a necromage (non hostile). The game pretty much starts me off with no quests, but insetad to just go out and take on the world. I'll probably head over to Riverwood =P.

Lol when skyrim was released the first time I bought it and was quite enjoying it but after a few weeks I embarked on an os trip to Bangkok and never ended up getting back to the game (I was put off by the fact the PS3 version was recieving many reports of bugginess) I had taken my 3ds with me and Mario 3D land had just been released as well from memory...which I spent a lot of time playing in transit...also 'skyward sword' released the day before I left for os, which I had to spend the entire holiday waiting to play so, yeH I never really got Back to skyrim but have always wanted to...

I saw the new version at eb today and I was about to get it but resisted cos in 10 days I'm going on another trip to the same place...so the whole cycle will start again (by the time I get back there's a few other games out I'd rather get)

This is a long winded way of saying I think it's part of my destiny not to play skyrim ever...(if it turns out that the rumours are true of a switch version I would probably rather wait til then...I seem to find it easier playing portable games lately anyway) Er not that switch is a portable console lol

I am waiting for the digital foundry report about the ps4 version. Don't want another ps3 version. I stopped playing when it froze on me several times while crossing the river.

It is a 64 bit version that helps.

I recommend to watch this video (preview from a fan) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GXOjkr4ewcA

I actually haven't stopped playing the game :P I've played it on and off for almost 5 years or something, so it'll be great to get the enhanced .version! Although, I mostly play the legendary edition on my PS3 nowadays...

I'm on Twitter @DanneSandin!

Furthermore, I think VGChartz should add a "Like"-button.

Not excited.. I am actually done with the game. I have the special edition so I will get the remastered one for free on PC.

pretty!

I've been meaning to restart my Skyrim campaign, and the remaster would the best time to do it. No PS4 Pro yet while I need to wait for a Skyrim pricedrop. yeah. Sucks to be me.

Used this mod (well basic SweetFX =P)

Might go with this one enxt to see the results.

I find myself using SweetFX for most games I play that lack decent colours or saturation like Fallout and Dragon's Dogma.

yup I'll use this one, thanks a lot! ^_^

Nah not worth the money for PS4 version. I already played PS3 version got my 80 hours from it, but overall it was a letdown compared to Oblivion and Morrowind. So in the end I played other games.
