Even the actor who worked on set said the TVs and such were blank. The footage was added after the fact. The intention was only to show off the console, not the games. Similar to the Wii U Zelda demo

You know, you'd totally have a point, execept the Switch is releasing in 5 months. In comparison, imagine announcing a game at E3, showing a trailer that gives the impression of gameplay footage, and then coming out after the E3 announcement and stating "you shouldn't assume what you saw on the E3 trailer represents actual gameplay footage".
Ohh wait, that kinda did happen with titles like Alien: Colonial Marines. Lawsuits were filed over that. I think that's how the phrase "bullshots" game to be. It was a big deal. Why should Nintendo get a free pass if that turns out to be the case here?
