NX was announced in march 2015, this tablet was revealed in oct 2015. Do you think that Nintendo was not developing their next hardware until oct 2015, and they said hey this is cool, this is going to be the nx. Just think.

Hopefully nintendo doesnt get sued.

Apple sues people for makeing rounded corners on phones, and chooseing the same colour as them. Icons that look slightly like theirs (because their supposed to be easily to understand what they are).

Im not a lawyer but honestly Id think "Aikun" had a case here if they wanted to go that route.

But seriously even though the video was dated 2015, this is my first time hearing of this.  If nothing else, I've been avoiding any hype in regards to the NX until now.

Well even if you don't like Nintendo hardware, you gotta give them credit for not making anything THAT fucking ugly.

Nintendo has the patents for so far as i saw. So they should be safe on this.

That is their revenge for all those Wii knockoffs. XD
