I thought this sounded fake, til I read Super Mario Bros. and Friends Dance. This look like something Sega would make to tease those who want a Mario and Sonic platformer game. Could be the real deal.

Yeah, but he refers to it as 3dswap consistently and the fake trademark didn't refer to the Logo but the name itself I think.
