Forums - Nintendo - Could Apple + Nintendo Actually Be A Thing In the Future?

They do have a great affinity together.

Except Apple is a minority in the phone OS market, and are only the leading Phone because they're the only ones who can make phones for that OS.

An agreement to launch their mobile games first on iOS could be, but I doubt a common project for a console would work. Both companies want to have 100% control of what they're doing, and that would lead to lots of conflicts and troubles.

Please excuse my bad English.

A new earpods that are the second coming.

I remember when they first introduced earpods that were "formed" like the inside of your ear. Supposed to be amazing. Sucked ass. Word buds I ever had.

These look the same, yet they are now infinitely losable.

(and now a bunch of headphones that are infinitely better than our, but use our essentially blutooth tech to connect. But please be sheep and still buy ours the instant you lose them.)

lol that iPhone Oz game has better graphics than the Wii U.

It totally makes sense for Nintendo but Apple does not Nintendo. I also am not a big Apple fan so I hope not.

Nintendo used to have that much. They now have around $4.6 billion in their bank. It's when you include assets they are worth more.

Secondly, just because you have $4.6 billion it doesn't mean you can be cavalier with it. There are still shareholders to please and if Apple is offering a way to bring in more money then why not?

I agree with the Japanese buy out thing though. It is unlikely unless, but when things get desperate you never know.

Yea, I thought it was lower than 9.5 billion in cash reserves.  I even stated in Pachter thread that I thought it was around 6 or 7.  I should have known they might have been adding up all the assests like properties, etc.

I don't see them ever wanting to be owned by another company even if said company that bought them let them run independently.  I think with them getting into the movie business, throwing some smartphone games out, reaching out and cooperating with others (Universal Studios rides), and a moderate success of NX they will be perfectly fine.  I see no reason why the next few quarters they shouldn't be rolling in the money.  Maybe not as much as Apple or other companies but at least they will improve over their past few years results.
