I agree with solution number one. We should still have general gaming however due to multiplats and industry news.

Solution number 2 is horrible however. Threads would get lost in the shuffle more often than not, and sooner rather than later.

Game Specific Board should definitely go away. I also agree with merging MMO and online.  Threads about multiplatform games should stay in gaming discussion though.
