Banjo-Kazooie 3 confirmed for Xmas

"Rare has confirmed that the first Xbox 360 instalment in the Banjo-Kazooie series is on track for a Christmas release.

According to man-in-the-know George Kelion, posting on NeoGaf, "The game is scheduled for a holiday 2008 release - barring the coming of the four horsemen of the apocalypse, you should be playing Banjo 3 before the end of the year (providing you buy the game, that is)."

Kelion went on to confirm that Banjo's creator, Gregg Mayles, is lead designer on the game, and sought to calm fears it's going to be one for the kids.

"I can assure you that we haven't been focused on four year-olds when creating the new Banjo game," he wrote. "We hope that you'll be pleasantly suprised with what we've cooked up.""

Well the Banjo games were better then the 3D mario games, one would only assume that the 360 banjo will beat the crap out of the crappy busted controls/camera of SMG.

Its is very true that banjo kazooie is actually one of the only platformers better than mario, Im very upset its not on the wii, I hope its still the same game on the Xbox 360 that it was on the N64.

Shut the fuck up with your bullshit. You never played Ratchet & Clank PS3 in your life probably. Ratchet is one of the best games out this generatio. It doesn't have a busted camera nor does it control bad.

Back on Topic: I don't know why people think this game is going to be better than Mario Galaxy. Mario Galaxy is far from being my favorite Mario game, but it's still a great game. I doubt Rare has the talant to make a platformer better than Mario Galaxy.
