In all seriousness, even if Dallas holds this to win, I won't be anointing them. GB looks terrible today. Dallas had some problems getting nerves settled and some rookie moments like the open field fumble by Dak as well.

Right now, the Seahawks and Falcons are the premiere NFC teams until proven otherwise.

Vikings get no love?

Well, just like GB looking kind of rough and wouldn't really be a big statement by Dallas, I don't see quality wins by MIN. MIN barely beat GB, 17-14. The others?

Crappy Titans, crappy Panthers, crappy Giants, crappy Texans. I just can't give MIN serious props until they play a NE, SEA, or even a Denver.

They COULD be great, I just don't know, and their opponents have been a joke for the most part, GB hands-down the best of the bunch, but that's not a convincing win.

This season, man. This season...

No idea what I should do about my wide receivers though. I've got 1.2 points combined from three of them so far. One game over, one at the two minute warning, the last one with a quarter left. I might lose to Mike321. I am going to quit fantasy football.

Our fantasy match is going to be decided by the colts vs texans game. Andrew Luck vs texans defense, it's going to be fun

Fucking Seahawks toying with my emotions

Sherman got away with a PI, refs are fucking blind.

And somehow I still have a shot in my fantasy matchup despite getting nothing from my QB

Blantant PI at the end of Seahawks Falcons. Refs too scared to make that call with that home crowd.

Yeah. This is why penalties/no calls really need to be added to the list of challengeable plays. That lost the game for the Falcons.

This year is not going well for me in this league so far. A few thoughts on the season...
- A lot of people thought Carolina's season was a fluke last year. Is this proof that it was?
- Dallas at 5-1? Romo Who?
- Pittsburgh and Oakland were a bit overrated. They're both ok, but aren't quite living up to pre-season expectations.
- Philly's start was definitely a fluke.
- I'm excited about Buffalo so far, but they have some tough games coming up. If they beat all the teams they should beat and lose to all the teams they should lose to, they'll finish 10-6. Which might be good enough to miss the playoffs by one game again.

Well it was fairly easy to say that Carolina's season was a fluke imo, the real question was just how much of a fluke it was. I thought they'd still be good enough to win their division really, which hasn't been too hot the last couple seasons, but they seem to have regressed majorly. Also Cam's character was really exposed in that Super Bowl, so now he's got everybody really gunning for him, and the aura of invinciblity that he exuded for much of last season has washed away.

Can't be overly upset about my picks this week. Titans were the easy pick, but given the Browns had looked quite respectable in most their games I decided to give em a shot to maybe win one here against a so so team. Seemed like if there was ever a chance for them this might be as good as any.

Lions I had originally, but like Rol I read about the injuries they were dealing with, and decided to change my mind. Oh well....annoying, but I can live with it. The decision was sound in principle.

The Eagles/Skins game.....well I'm not sure if I've overestimated the Eagles, or underestimated the Skins, or possibly both. I'm a little bit unsure what to make of either team at this point in the season.

Steelers/Phins.....well Big Ben got injured. That was pretty much that. Shit happens.

I'm still not quite sure if I wanna keep my Monday night pick as is for the Jets to win. I mean they certainly haven't looked very good this season at all, but their desperation level will be at an all time high coming in, and it's not like the Cardinals are at all what anyone thought they'd be. Carson Palmer might not be throwing all the picks that Fitz has, but he certainly hasn't done much of anything productive either. If the Jets can get their running game back into the picture a bit and take some pressure off their QB this could be a very close game that could come down either way. Still....maybe I should just play it safe on this one.....idk
