Forums - Gaming - A game that you want to play, but... It doesn't exist

A full blown business simulation where I can play a console manufacturer myself. And I'm not talking Game Dev Story or something, I want the whole deal! Statistics like there's no tomorrow, Re-Releases, real hard competition, Sequels, marketing campaigns, simulated social media, sales charts for different regions in the world and all that. A hardcore simulation with a fierce difficulty level. I would play that game until the very end of time.

I fear it won't happen though. I always thought about learning programming to make such a game myself. But I just can't find the time for that. I mean I can do some things in C already, but all that object-oriented programming you need today really fucks with my mind, I don't know why. I just can't get my head around it...

Ah well, maybe sometime when I retire or something. ^^
