Nowadays Capcom have been ridiculed for their actions, but their sixth generation output was crazy. Think of all the IPs that they created in that generation alone:

Onimusha

Devil May Cry

Monster Hunter

Ace Attorney

Viewtiful Joe

P.N. 03

Killer7

God Hand

Haunting Ground

Okami

Capcom themselves came up with the Capcom Five, which was intended to push out new IPs. However, only 3 of the titles that I mentioned were part of it: the others were just other ones they came up with. Unfortunately, it does not seem as though any company tries to do this anymore.

I dare say any COD game has outsold all those games you mentioned. Combined.

But if you are talking about wealth in variety of games, then I can't think of another company. Though I suspect there probably is.

If we're talking pure quality in games then no third party developer matches Squaresoft's 5th generation:

FF7-9
Final Fantasy Tactics
Xenogears
Vagrant Story
Chrono Cross

I'm sure there was more, but each of these games are masterpieces in their
own right.

They are definitely up there. 5th gen Square was also pretty damn good! I know Sega probably doesn't count, but the 4th gen was damn good for them in terms of games.

Rareware in the golden days. Maybe not quite as much in quantity, but then again, Rareware was also much smaller than Capcom, so it's still more impressive to me.
