Forums - Nintendo - Best graphics on the original DS

Of all the list threads which needed some screen shots... this would be it.

If you think the game you mentioned was graphical why not add a picture to back that fact up?

These aren't my picks for best GFX but just going to chuck some images up from the games mentioned so far.

Golden Sun Dark Dawn

Metroid Prime Hunters

Bowsers Inside Story

Tiger Woods 08

Ghost Trick
Sadly this still of the game doesn't get across just how beautiful graphically/gameplay and story wise how good this title is, but still... here's a pic!

Final Fantasy III

Super Mario 64 DS

I would add my own picks of

Resident Evil DS

Which even included the fmv cutscene opening from the PSone... in tiny low res but still it was all there, in all it's live action glory.

Still though hard to beat live action graphics on the tiny handheld!

Mario Kart DS

Call of Duty 4 Modern Warfare
Sadly can no longer play this online now, but it was an amazing feat for a DS fps

Ghost Trick. The character animations are amazing--very reminiscent of Another World/Out of This World. I'm suprised no one else has mentioned it.

I was always under the impression that Capcom gave Cabanela all of his fancy Michael Jackson moves only to directly show the player how cool the animation was.

Dragon Quest Monsters : Joker anyone?
Its really looks like Dreamcast game

Also my favourite in graphics is Tony Hawk's American Sk8land

Basically, this his post just proves that this thread is just about bitching NIntendo.

Hadoram: uhm no. Thats called beeing objektive and those mentioned things all are facts.

Every company makes mistakes, speeking about them is not "bitching". I know this is hard to understand for fanboys though.

- Moderated, Carl

So I (hadoram) was banned for what ? Somebody blamed me i would bitch about nintendo by just giving my opinion based on facts. I do this about every company. That called critism.

The moderator need to be a huge fanboy to ban me for this LOL. He should ban the other guy who blamed me, not me by justing responding and explaining/disproving it.

At vgchartz: Please remove this moderator.

Oh damn I forgot how awesome some of the characters movements in that game are, but its looks are just the icing no the cake to an amazing game and story.

Oh yeah, there was a couple of Tony Hawks games on the original DS which looked great, Project 8/proving grounds was another tradition THPS game which looked and played very well, far better than Tony Hawks 5 this year at the very least haha.

And I'm totally ok with that : )

Can't say I'm particularly impressed by the DS' graphical capabilities, but I would say Mario Kart DS, Mario 64 DS and Ghost Trick are the best the handheld has to offer.
