Speaking of Just Dance; even though I didn't like the way Ubisoft treated the Wii as a casual game dumping ground, it's basically the same way I want Nintendo to treat the mobile market

PS4 Neo will have price of at least $400, releasing Nintendo console in middle of generation with price point of at least $400 meaning console would sell maybe even less than Wii U. Best way to go is with affordable and console that has very mass appealing including casuals, that means console $250-300 and hardware power most likly around XB1-PS4 level, power of that level will be enuf for NIntendo games for 1080p and XB1-PS4 3rd party ports.

I'm not sure I'd want to trust Ubisoft after the rocky road with the Wii U's launch, Ubisoft are more skeptical than most since they made somewhat of an effort with the Wii U at launch and it didn't pay off for them.
Words are words, developers need to actually develop to matter, and publishers need to actually make those titles available on the platform.
For now, we should treat Ubisoft as a non-factor for Nintendo, they don't have much of a reason to make any bigger investments or take any chances right now.

Also; all this recent talk of the NX being aimed at casual gamers has me worried, I really don't like the idea, not first and foremost because it means that they're probably making yet another console I won't like, but because they probably won't make any more attempts with home consoles if they release two duds in a row that fail to attract their intended demographics.
Do they have any choice though? Not so sure they do, that's what makes this whole salad so perilous.

Well, of course NX looks great. But only because PS4 and X1 are so goddamn boring. =P

Also, didn't Kimishima say a while back that they are moving away from the Wii and WiiU with the NX? Wouldn't appealing to casuals contradict that?

I know, but I don't see how can Nintendo get the casuals that are playing CoD and FIFA. The ones who played Wii Sports and Brain Age are definitely out of the question.

I don't see how that sound like will be Wii U+, especially because Wii U wants casual friendly console at all.
