Most likely Amiibo Festival and sadly The Wonderful 101 in number of units sold, though the ones that probably made Nintendo lose more money are Xenoblade and Star Fox Zero.

I'm going to defend Star Fox Zero, it looks good enough, it plays good enough, the framerate is solid, and it has the fun factor big Nintendo titles have. Devil's Third on the other side... Bad framerate, common graphics, bad story... And sold close to nothing.

People had hope and expectations that StarFox Zero would be good before release and it ended up doing poorly, both critically and commercially. From what I remember, almost no one thought Metroid Prime was going to be good before release and it ended up reviving the franchise and being a critical and commercial success.

Mostly just a critical success, but man was it ever. Best game I ever played without a narrative.
