Megaman and Chrono

Around the Network

Nintendo sports series like: Excitebike, Wave Race, 1080 Snorboarding
Medal of Honor
No More Heroes

Probably Crash Bandicoot for me as well, granted I stopped playing the series when Naughty Dog stopped making them.

Wizardry

“It appeared that there had even been demonstrations to thank Big Brother for raising the chocolate ration to twenty grams a week. And only yesterday, he reflected, it had been announced that the ration was to be reduced to twenty grams a week. Was it possible that they could swallow that, after only twenty-four hours? Yes, they swallowed it.”

- George Orwell, ‘1984’

They keep dangling Mega Man in our faces then just stomp him back into the ground!
Thank god for Smash!

Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles. Echoes of Time and The Crystal Bearers moved the series to two different paths that had a lot of potential to create much better titles. Come on! A Monster Hunter like Crystal Chronicles with voice chat, online play, and maybe cross platform play? That would've been sweet, instead we got Explorers...

F-Zero. GX is a masterpiece and won't be topped by any futuristic racing game anytime soon. It was moderately successful, too bad the GBA entries killed the series.

Custom Robo too had so much potential, imagine a much more fleshed out game with tons of customization options and some social aspect with online play? A blast.

Age of Empires.

My bet with The_Liquid_Laser: I think the Switch won't surpass the PS2 as the best selling system of all time. If it does, I'll play a game of a list that The_Liquid_Laser will provide, I will have to play it for 50 hours or complete it, whatever comes first.

True Paper Mario
Mother
A good Sonic game

Red Faction and Saints Row, both from the same developers, funnily enough.

Lunar.

With nods to scary Resident Evil games (which may be coming back soon!) and good Devil May Cry games.

Oh and Metal Gear. I think it's safe to say goodbye to that series.
