Hearthstone and Heroes of the Storm are not new IPs, Hearthstone uses the Warcraft franchise hence why its called Hearthstone Heroes of Warcraft and Heroes of the Storm is a MOBA game that uses already existing Blizzard IPs. OverWatch is Blizzards first new IP in 10+years.

PTheres a difference between IPs and Game Genres. Example, Halo Wars 2 is not a new IP because its a RTS version of Halo.

I understand what a genre is. As I stated I have not played their card game or moba and thought they were new IP's.  It is written above in a form of a question that you quoted.

I can't wait for the match 3 Bejeweled Orcs of Warcraft mobile game set in a new genre.  Same IP as Warcraft RTS from my early adulthood just in a new genre.

Colin is one of the biggest Playstation fanboys in the industry, and his show Kindafunny with Greg is nothing but + Sony and - everything else. Theres a reason why he doesnt work for IGN anymore. Being a bias reviewer for one of the biggest reviewing sites in the world isnt a good look. To write an article about the Vita destroying the 3DS is one of the stupiest things i have ever read in my 30 years of gaming. His mate Greg also gave Uncharted 3 a 10/10. The real joke is there opinions.

The truth is I have zero problem with him predicting a huge success for the vita as we've all be wrong... what's just beyond frustrating is that he continued to deny he was wrong, lashed out at everyone else, and hypocritcally suggested we shouldn't be comparing its results with the 3DS when that's what he'd been doing from the start.

The guy is just one of those personalities who can't accept that they might be wrong about something, and instead suggest there's something wrong with the reader instead.
