The gameplay trailers they showed at E3 was not that impressive to me. Environment/leveldesign is the ugliest and the most boring of all games at E3. Hopefully the other levels looks more impressive and inviting.
That is just way, way too early to be saying.

Regardless of which started development first, we saw Horizon first, so... Technically I got Horizon vibes from watching BotW.
