There still is Fire Emblem, Soma Bringer, Pokemon Mystery Dungeon, Pokemon Ranger and i was reading the other day the 3rd for the trio Diamond, Pearl was rumored
I think they were shifting resources toward Wii cause it need it more...but that doesn't mean they won't produce 1st party games on DS, just less, so the 3rd Party will be able to make more profit

There already is a Mario RPG sequel on DS. It's called Mario and Luigi: Partners in Time.

The odds of a "true" sequel to the SNES Mario RPG being made are very slim, particularly since Square-Enix holds part of the copyright on the game.

This show how strong the DS is ... in the first year Nintendo had to make lots of great titles to attract people .... but now ... they don't even make games for it anymore :D lol
i hope the Wii will get this same kind of great suport from third parties
