I know, which is unfortunate as it means male rape victims (for the record, I do not consider myself one) are often afraid to come forward or are ridiculed when they do.

she could be saying yes yes yes but the moment she says no you gotta stop, any more ins and outs at that point is rape.

Then it gets more interesting, because her last answer is No it can also be seen as she was not able to make a decision because she was too drunk then she sobered up a little and was able to make the right decision and therefore they most likely will classify it as rape.

This is something I see often. It's typically easy to stop(i.e before starting or during foreplay), but what if you're balls deep in her/him(gender equality)? You can't just take it out so suddenly. You don't want their butthole/vagina to now suddenly be torn apart.

I don't know how American bullshit law works, but in Europe it's not rape. The only case when it could be rape is when you forced her to get drunk. Like tied her up and forced her to drink. Otherwise, people are 100% responsible for what they do while they get drunk.

If you think being drunk is a valid defence when it comes to having sex, why wouldn't it be a valid defence when you cause an accident while driving a car? You are drunk and don't know what you're doing just like when giving consent to sex.

It'd be cool if people learned that being super drunk in general isn't smart. If it's to the point where you'll wake up and find out you had sex with some random person, then I think you need to take it down. Don't have 5 bottles of beer. I mean, dear lord.

well obviously you meant to pull it out as whatever speed you deem appropriate, but going back in is the issue.

in reality at that point this doesn't matter as it probably turn into  person 1 said vs person 2 said scenario.
