I second that, we grossly overtracked it in all of Q1 and had sellthrough exceeding the actual shipments. There's nothing to suggest it should be selling more right now, besides a fairly obvious upswing in the last two weeks of May due to UC4, a boost that likely won't be enough to offset what will likely be a fairly boring and slow summer for all three.
The PS4 is quite simply not living up to some of the, quite frankly unrealistic, expectations a lot of people had of it from the beginning. It seems like some are thinking it should be selling a lot more simply based on the poor competition it has right now, which is obviously not the case. The market simply isn't as greased and excited as many would like it to be. With the immense likelihood that the PS4/Xone installed base will be considerably smaller than the PS3/360 when all is said and done; these sales are more or less along the lines of what should be expected, and the sales are still good, relatively speaking.
The Wii was an anomaly in its first two-three years and had no respect for seasonal curves in sales, which was more a reflection of its primary demographic than actual market factors as a whole.
