I wouldn't say so, yesterday I was watching a Nintendo-related video on YouTube, I scrolled down to write a comment and just so happened that my eyes ended up on a comment that spoiled how Captain America: Civil War ended...
Plus if Uncharted leaks are anyway near to the Pokémon X/Y leaks of 2013 s**t's going to be crazy in a matter of a couple days...
I've never seen spoilers for something I want to play whilst on the internet, even a game I didn't want to play Halo 5 had spoilers everywhere and I never saw any.
There's only 2 races: White and 'Political Agenda'
2 Genders: Male and 'Political Agenda'
2 Hairstyles for female characters: Long and 'Political Agenda'
2 Sexualities: Straight and 'Political Agenda'
Makes me glad I'm the type that isn't really thrown out of whack by knowing something ahead of time, that and treating a single game as if it requires a bigger action than most despite it just being a game like all the rest.
Mankind, in its arrogance and self-delusion, must believe they are the mirrors to God in both their image and their power. If something shatters that mirror, then it must be totally destroyed.

People overreact about spoilers imo. Like, just avoid any possible places where Uncharted would be brought up until the game releases. It's not that hard.
It is true that some people do things such as putting as their usernames and such, but you could say that about anything. Ultimately it's up to you though.
