If the NX relies that much on Zelda for being successful then I actually worried about their line-up.

Its not stupid, its very simple logic.

The NX obviously isn't soley dependant on Zelda but it will certainly add more momentum as a brand new title launching and promoted with the system versus a 4month late port.  

The last of Us had double the impact on PS3 hardware sales (100% increase) then it did on PS4 (50% increase) when compare the launches. The concern is not the sales of the game itself but providing the absolute best conditions for the NX to launch in. Launching Zelda ahead of the NX would be the easiest way to weaken its launch line up, and for what?? So they can throw a dead console a bone. Wii U is ending production this fiscal year, its holiday is irrelevant.

Edit: Obviously for Wii U owners it sucks, but its smart business.

People give Sony/Microsoft/3rd parties a hard time for some of their game budgets...this game, with its multiple delays and now dual systems, must be costing  a fortune.

All the more reason for it to be on NX. I said this many times too, Nintendo was not going to bury what is probably the most expensive game to develop in their company history on the back end of a dying console. Moving it to the NX always made financial sense, if Nintendo had left Twilight Princess on the GameCube it maybe would've sold 2-3 million copies instead of like 10 million copies. 

It doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure which one of those two scenarios is better.

Even more so if it was ready in 2015, delayed to this year for NX but than into NX problems so both delayed to March.. 



There's only 2 races: White and 'Political Agenda'
2 Genders: Male and 'Political Agenda'
2 Hairstyles for female characters: Long and 'Political Agenda'
2 Sexualities: Straight and 'Political Agenda'

Okay okay, hold your horses, I can easily see it being delayed for the NX, but being ready in 2015.... come on, don't be serious. The game did not look ready every time they showed it.

Plot twist: The game looked actually ready since reveal because our expectations are too high.
