wut, there is always an easy peal off if you follow the ps3/4 logo on the plastic.. if you just follow the line with your finger you should find the starting point

I do it entirely with tidal forces from the moon.

I use a knife to cut the plastic where the spot is on the side of the PS4 case, to open it.

I peel off the folds on the top or bottom of the case. If it doesn't work, I use my teeth to open it carefully. Don't have times for knifes or scissors. I want to play it now!

I have never seen that in Canada. Somehow, I doubt that's in the US too.
