Forums - Gaming Discussion - OCD Habits While Gaming?

I do have some weird habits like impulsively grabbing any collectable despite not needing it

and I always save before entering a dungeon or town even if I saved 20 seconds ago

OMG this xD

If I need to manually save at locations, I sometimes do it multiple times xD "Just to make sure I saved."

What do you do for games that only let you save in certain locations?

Panic and run around in circles.

Making sure no units ever die and see every dialogue possible in Fire Emblem. Yeah...sunk in a lot of time doing that.

I must stomp at least every goomba or koopa troopa on screen in a Mario platformer even if its risky. If I don't, I will doubt my platforming skill.

Reloading each and every time I shoot and, more evident on Fallout, looting everything I see. I'm a hopeless hoarder.

Hoarding grenades and mines and end up never using them.

In game? Or in real life?

Both!

Spent about 3 weeks researching for my new monitor for multiplayer just to make sure input lag was as minimal as possible.

When playing competitive multiplayer, I perfectly line myself up in the middle of the monitor, using the "Asus" branding on the front as a guide. At times using my hand to line my head up... Check it nearly every respawn. You know, just in case! Haha!

My "OCD" forces me to have all members of my party in a RPG be the same level or as close as possible.

Pixel Art can be fun.
