Naw, it's arguably the worst track in the game. I say Baby Park is worse since EBA atleast has track variations, all of which are still boring ovals, but better than the same blandness everytime, and while red shells are especially broken here, it's not as bad as Baby Park where every item is a threat no matter where you are. 

I really enjoy it personally. The stage changing every time is a cool feature, and the music is great as well. Def one of my fav courses in the game.

I agree on Baby Park though. I hate that stage.

Pack 1 because of Link and the Hyrule stage & SNES Rainbow Road stage.

I find it hard to pick myself. Pack 2 has Wild Woods, Big Blue and Ribbon Road, but it also has Baby Park...

Pack 1. The only track I didn't like was Ice Ice Outpost. However, in Pack 2 I hate Cheese Land, Neo Bowser City and Super Bell Subway

Difficult choice, but I think pack 2 just edges out in front for me, for the tracks and the music. And Wild Woods is  awesome.

I don't get why is it important to class them, since the only good choice is to buy the pack we both of them

And yet there are some who only bought one of the two. To those people I say "How do you even!?"

Pack 2 big blue was awesome and I don't care about characters. And most parts have a similar effect so technically I do not care much about those either.
