On ps4 and xb1 alone its not going to happen. Throw in potential PC and nx versions and next gen remasters then yeah it's possible

huh, I actually thought Street Fighter was too. Guess you learn something new everyday :o |
i mean gameplaywise not graphics you can move where you want in Tekken. Tekken and DoA are actually the last 3D fighting games currently,so i cant blame you confusing the two :)

While it may currently have the best graphics for a fighting game this gen it is not the best. SSB Wii U and KI are currently better than it is. And to be honest I am thinking Tekken 7 will be better when it comes out as well. To be honest SFV was a let down and not what the fans wanted. capom just seems like they threw SFV together without any real care. Still a fun game but the quality if not what is used to be....as with most Capcom games smh. |
Nope they arent. KI with every characters is more expensive than SF5. SF5 has the best gameplay out of any of these games, everyone agrees with that. Except when Tekken 7 comes out SF5 is the best fighting game

This will be my first FF and I have great faith in it after the amazing reveal and the amount of world / culture building they are doing! |
True for me as well. I am very interested in this world and the characters

I'm also more towards Tekken than Stree Fighter in general, but Street Fighter has been better for a good time already. |
Now this I can agree with. Witht he current content it is very underwhleming. But when the rest releases I feel it will be a much better game! It deserves these low opening sales but with the content coming I hope we get to see them long sexy legs lol.

Well yeah KI is a tab bit more expensive but not sure what that has to do with anything. Okay I will say it like this SFV is BIGGER than both of those games but CURRENTLY with the content that it has it is not better than either of those games. And I love fighting games more than ANY other genre only closely followed by JRPGS. But as a TRUE fighting game fan being honest with self the current SFV is lacking. It is by no means a bad game at all. It just feel empty right now. But we know that will change once all the content releases.
Everyone agrees it is BIGGER than those two games....but CURRENTLY not better.
EDIT:
We are WAY off topic but I understand where you are coming from Ruler. Good discussion though!

Well, this is technically their biggest game in a very long time, so expecting 10m sales is not unreasonable. But yeah, how on Earth did they spend so much money that they need to sell 10m copies just to make even? |
Seems like they changed direction with this game. Who knows how much work will be left unsused. Plus it's clearly a very ambitious game.

Success implies a healthy profit relative to investment. 10m is not the break even point but the lifetime target. Will be very achievable, especially in the event of a PC/NX release.
