Animal Crossing: Amiibo Festival... need i say it...
Don't really have just one game that disappoints me, quite a few from the past 2-3 years have managed to disappoint me in various ways, biggest three I can think of would be Fallout 4, Arkham Knight and MGS V.
Mankind, in its arrogance and self-delusion, must believe they are the mirrors to God in both their image and their power. If something shatters that mirror, then it must be totally destroyed.

How do you feel about Destiny?
As a long time Halo fan, that game was my biggest disappoitment.

Halo 5 had an okay campaign. The new mechanics made the gun play great but it needed more content.
Multiplayer is where Halo 5 is really special.
But I didn't say Halo 5 was my biggest disappointment, its Destiny because I am a Halo fan. Destiny wasnt terrible either, just not what I hoped for from Bungie.

Halo 5 campaign was a dissapointment. But still delivered a great Halo experience deserving 8+ out of 10 rating.
MCC got much and deservingly bad grief over the broken online multiplayer. But in term of what that game delivered, it's by far one best compellation ever made. It is a total fan service, brought back Halo 2 MP and gave us online Halo 1 MP for the first time. MCC is still the best couch co-op game around. We also got Halo ODST for free to make up for the broken online multiplayer problem from launch. MCC is a must own if you have a Xbox one.
I would put Destiny on my list of most disappointing game this generation lack of story, single player content and match making for raids.
Rime because it apparently doesn't even exist.
I would say Tony Hawk 5 disappointed me because it ended last bit of hope I had for that series ever being good again.
I haven't bought any lemons yet. Either I'm picking decent games to play or I've just been lucky.

Forza 5 - Pitiful lack of content. Could have killed the franchise. Thankfully T10 redeemed themselved two times over.
Watch Dogs - Horrid campaign, downgrades and bugs.
MGS5 - Dreadful story and game design.
Destiny - What happened to Bungie?
Halo 5 - What was 343 thinking? Pathetic campaign and unfocused MP.
Black Ops III - What happened to the A team aka Treyarch?. This was worse than Ghosts. .
Battlefield Hardline - What was Dice thinking? The whole experience makes this feel older than BF3.
Homefront: The Revolution - Homefront was a surprise hit to me. This one is just awful based on the beta.
HM goes to Halo MCC: Took 343 6 months to fix this. Thankfully it plays fine now. Halo 3 is a blast on BTB.
