As expected the preorders were higher than the actual sales, but this is a very good first week nonetheless!
Honestly I was expecting sub 400k. So that's good if true

I mean, it's spring and had a launch bigger than Far Cry Primal or many other games (which has a much bigger userbase). Also, Wii U sales dropped? On TPHD's defense... it's the first Zelda on the Wii U that doesn't have a weird launch (WWHD released a month early digitally, and was bundled when released on retail). So I don't know what to expect of it. |

Much better than WWHD's first week sales which were about $138k. Great sales imo.
Plot twist: VGC first week sales massively under tracked. Pre order charts dead on.
Meh that's probabily still overtracked , what really matter is if sells 235,000 in 5 weeks in USA , Welfare know why. 
I wouldn't be surprised. When I went to pick my copy up at best buy, there were at least 20 others reserved and waiting to be picked up. I was really surprised.
