Natural selection is why we're in this mess. If everyone got nuked, it would just repeat. Intelligence is rare and the exception to the rule.

What happened to Kesha was wrong no doubt about it, but like many people have said, it's not Sony's fault. Sony could help to sort things out and possibly help Kesha, but i'm not gonna throw away my PS3 because of it. Also the gaming side of Sony has NOTHING to do with this issue. We should be boycotting any products done by Dr. Luke if possible.

I wonder, do we really know that she was sexually assaulted in the end? I think people are jumping to conclusions without even knowing what the hell happened there. I'm not saying she's lying, I'm just saying that we don't actually know.

There's only her allegation in this particular case, and her sworn testimony from a secret deposition I think from 2011 (unsealed during this trial), where she said it didn't happen.  There's a link earlier in the thread from an article that discussed the secret deposition.
