I just don't think it's fair IMO. It would force people to use KB&M to be competitive and who wants to do that? I left PC gaming because of that reason. My cousin on his PS4 is obsessed with the game and got a 27" monitor and holds his controller in a weird way just to play. Some people really get into it and I just don't think it's cool to add this other layer to the game.

Maybe it will be as an option for cross online play. Like if you want to play with PC players you need a KB+Mouse otherwise you can turn it off?.

The is just alot we dont know about this yet, it might not even really get used like how it is on the PS3 atm with only a few games using it.

If they did that then it would be the perfect. Yea it might not be used much which is why I said I hope they don't include it for FPS games. I'm not sure exactly how far they will take it.

Boy, they're really giving people no reason to own an X1.

Aren't they giving people MORE reasons to own an X1? I don't understand what you mean?

They added a web browser to the Xbox 360. I got so mad, I sold mine. Computers do computery things. Not consoles!

Let's get a few things clear: People who already or are planning to own an XB1 aren't wasting their money. There are still games to play here. The issue here is that, as a console, it is waning in significance. There becomes only a few scenerios in which XB1 is the right choice for a gamer: Someone whose friends all play on Xbox, someone who likes Microsoft exclusives but doesn't want to play on PC, or someone who is simply an Xbox faithful.

Well price and simplicity is always an edge to game consoles. Unless you're very comfortable with PC you don't want it to be your primary gaming machine. People for most consumers are PC illiterate.

Also lets consider with Xbox you get exclusives and a great library of 3rd party stuff. Its that combo that makes Xbox a good choice for many.

Right, but the only time a person will purchase an XB1 now outside of friend demographic and loyalties are people who don't want to game on PC and must have XB exclusives. Granted this is still a number that can sustain the console, it is a much lower number than before.

Xbox one is selling better than the 360 though :P

You're basically saying the only time people will buy a Xbox One is when its what they want. I can agree with that.

PC doesn't have all the content of Xbox One or even Xbox 360. Many notable 360 games on X1 BC is also an incentive to get a X1.

Money well spent?.

Sure, one only puts decent hardware in a computer because of gaming. ?!

I also have quite a capable PC but have an Intel GPU which only purpose is to give me an image on my screen. There are people who actually *work* with a computer and need power to work efficiently.

Yup, somepeple do things like actual  work  on a PC

Really not sure I see any point of Consol over PC's since Kinect, Wii and other alternative ways to play have been abandoned.

Top 50 'most fun' game list coming soon!

Tell me a funny joke!

Not a strange concept but I manage to "work" on my PC as well as use it for gaming. Better than me spending stupid amounts of money to build a custom rig and then not use it for gaming.

Oh sure that is possible. But it would require that I put more cooling in my PC and a new PSU that is able to deliver enough power to the GPU. Not to mention that my machine I work on also would get louder. No, thanks.

Well, I sometimes actually use my PC for gaming but that is mostly emulating old games (pre-PS2 era).

Didn't say at all that you would need a new PSU, alsso I've not had a really loud or annoying PSU in years, same with my GTX 980 GPU. My current rig only has 3 fans which includes my CPU headtsink and it's a hell of a lot quiter than my last rig.

There is a definite thing such as "silent" builds that don't cost you your very soul and first born.

You sound like a retro gamer then.

I didn't say you did say.

I can tell you that if I would turn my PC into a gaming machine, I would need a new PSU and new cooling which would increase the noise in my PC which is currently whisper quiet. If I want it to stay that way, I would have to spend even more money.

Yes, on PC I am mostly a retro gamer, therefore I love gaming on consoles which is also way more compatible with my wife to play together.
