And I haven't bought a new game for it in two years. I believe invizimals was the last title I picked up. Love the handheld itself, really feels like a GBA succesor. But nowadays it's been relegated to a niche device for those who like specific kinds of games.

Happy birthday Vita. You were born on a hard time for handhelds, and your memory cards are really expensive, but you have a lot of niche JRPGs so it's allright in my eyes.
Happy birthday! :). Not a fan of the console, but it has some gems, mainly niche JRPGs which are great. Shame Sony stopped to give it support on the West, it's a nice piece of hardware.
already 4 years :D
its been a great time.
Had a lot of fun with the many games I played and am still playing. One of my favorite consoles of all time if not the favorite.
Just got 100% on fight for fortune and now I am playing Bastion, great game.
From time to time I still play Freedom Wars but its too addictive.
Would love a sequel or a new Monster Hunter :)

Eh, unfortunately this is the kind of failure that means it likely won't have a successor. Its lack of support tells me Sony is out of the mobile business. Its a shame because I really like the Vita and I have a fairly large library of games for it. |
Well i don't see them design and release an entirely new handheld system no. But the hardware of the PS4 is much more mainstream compared to previous playstation consoles, so it should scale down better. So there is a chance that they can downscale the hardware to mobile size in the future. A PS4 in handheld size with by then a huge library would be pretty interesting i think.
Had it for about 3 years now, with 31 retail games and a few digital. Enjoyed most of the games I played on the vita.
