I'll say one thing though. The intro is waaaaay too long. An hour and a bit in and I really haven't even started the game, most of its been dialogue too.
Hate when games do this....

You hate story in a game where one of the 4 words in the Title is Story?

Perhaps look into games about duty! and Battlefields.

Games file size is rather small tho for a ps4 game so I'm not too shocked if there is a lot of text as the medium for getting that story accross, can't really fit 10 hours of 1080p cutscene in the 2.4gb download that this game comes in.

It's bad pacing, doesn't matter if the game has a lot of story or not. I like me a Solid lengthy rpg with story. But if I spend an hour + reading text then I can certainly criticise it. Looking forward to actually getting into some gameplay

Definitely going to get this when I get a PS4
I loved Digimon when I was little and this reminds me of SMT style dungeon crawling and I love that.

It's pretty much the exact same game, or are you wondering if there are performance issues or so? you could always buy the ps4 version and remote play it to the Vita, but I know you're a fan of supporting Vita releases of course.

Already got a physical English Vita version in the post :) it's just more that it's yet another game reviewers completely skip on Vita even though it's actually a native Vita title giving ammunition to the "Vita has nothing worth playing" society that are already more than vocal.

Is it strange that this game is a system seller to me? So ready for a PS4 xD

Played all the Digimon Worlds (and arena) Digimon is so underrated

well yeah, but if you were to pick up your collection of 100s of games and beat those people unconcious with them they would still wake up in hospital and mutter through bandages that they wished there was some titles to play on the Vita they definitely do own!

Best ignored yo! Some people will never change.

This game is so GOOD, so fucking good men... BraLod you HAVE TO BUY IT, i know you are a fan of the Digimon World series but this game is way better than those games, heck its better than any digimon game to date (im not even kidding).

Also you like the turn based Digimon games (like Digimon World 3), and this game is exactly like that, not to mention that the next Digimon World game, Digimon Next Order is NOT turned based and is instead a pet simulator like the original Digimon World, and the reason to that is because its actually a real sequel to the original game.

Dude you need to buy it... buy it, buy it, Buy it, BUy it, BUY it, BUY It, BUY IT, BUY IT!, BUY IT!!, BUY IT!!!.

I feel like avoiding it now... lol, jk.

I also love Digimon World (1), Next Order will be awesome, but Cyber Sleuth is a bit too "modern" to be as magical as World 3, I doubt I'll like it more than World 3, highly doubt it, World 3 was just near perfect what I want from Digimon, as good as Cyber Sleuth can be.

That's a game I would rather play on Vita, to be honest, but I'll see how it goes xP

It certainly seems great.

What do you mean by "modern"? the setting?
