He is complaining about the smooth surface on the directional buttons (he calls them c buttons)

That aqua glossy 3DS is the same one I've owned since 2011. I prefer glossy of handheld, and matte for home console.

Bet with Intrinsic:

The Switch will outsell 3DS (based on VGchartz numbers), according to me, while Intrinsic thinks the opposite will hold true. One month avatar control for the loser's avatar.
