Not a great profit, but Nintendo is still profitable, so that's something I guess... xDDD. Great software sales for the WiiU, with that low install base :)

Basically my point, Japan is biggest single market for 3DS, and fall in sales was huge and because of that effected WW numbers.

Hence why Soundwave says weak performance in NA/EU is more to blame for the 3DS decline than Japan is.

Pretty decent tracking of Wii U, 3DS and Splatoon by VGC. Probably slightly over on all 3, moreso with 3DS, but still within a decent margin for error.

Um.... So I guess no one finds the My Nintendo or Miitomo news interesting. Alright then.

Personally I'm not that excited about Miitomo since I'm not really into that sort of thing. But I'm more pumped for My Nintendo. Point system looks nice and looks to combine the Club Nintendo method with things like coupons. Also I've heard about them expanding said service as well. 

Needless to say I'm pretty excted and curious to see how this pans out. 

I'm actually extremely excited about Miitomo. Well, at least I was. They said they delayed it so they could advertize it, but it comes out in a month and a half, and preloads start this month. They need to actually start marketing this thing. If they do, I think it will be absolutely huge. I genuinely think it could become like Instagram/Snapchat/Twitter huge. That's a huge win for My Nintendo, with in turn is a huge win for NX. It's honestly so stupid to me that people see "communication app" and scoff, like they don't make up literally the most powerful mobile apps on the market.

I really don't think it's anything like CN other than being a rewards program. It feels much more like they are trying to create a digital environment similar to steam, at least on the Gold Coin side. It's interesting that they've split that up though... I really can't wait until it is actually out. Still so much to learn. Will there be a My Nintendo app, or are they doing another stupid website mobile page?
