This... Especially a well timed Sol to restore all your health or a well timed aether.... or my favourite just scoring a deadeye.... rolf is so nice with that ability.

Multiple attacks in Suikoden 2 would fit the bill, but specifically this one felt particularly satisfying.
Summon attacks from FF games. Bahamut's various mega flares is an awe inspiring sight to behold.
